Registration, information and reporting. 4.1.1 The Producer shall not make available any electrical or electronic equipment on the Swedish market until El-Kretsen has confirmed that all required notifications and registrations with the Swedish Environment Protection Agency (Sw. Naturvårdsverket), (the “SEPA”), relating to the Producer’s intention to make such equipment available on the Swedish market, have been fulfilled.
