Common use of Registration of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Registration of Agreement. 4. The Owner consents to the registration of this Agreement against the title to the Land in the appropriate Land Titles or Registry Office to the intent and purposes that this Agreement and all of the Owners covenants herein shall run with the Land.

Registration of Agreement. 486. The Owner owner hereby consents to the registration of this Agreement agreement, together with any schedules thereto, being registered against the title to the Land in lands. The covenants, agreements, conditions, and undertakings contained on the appropriate Land Titles or Registry Office to the intent and purposes that this Agreement and all part of the Owners covenants herein owner shall run with the Landlands and shall be binding upon it, it’s successors and assigns, owners and occupiers from time to time and that covenant shall be to the benefit of the municipality, and it’s lands and highways pertinent and adjacent to the lands.

The Owner consents to the registration by the Municipality at the Owner's expense of this Agreement against the title to the Land Owner's lands and, in accordance with s. 41(10) of the appropriate Land Titles or Registry Office to the intent and purposes that this Agreement and Planning Act, all of the Owners covenants herein shall run with terms and conditions of this Agreement may be enforced against the LandOwner and any and all subsequent owners of the Owner's Lands.

The Owner consents to the registration by the Municipality at the Owner’s expense of this Agreement against the title to the Land Owner’s lands and, in accordance with s. 41(10) of the appropriate Land Titles or Registry Office to the intent and purposes that this Agreement and Planning Act, all of the Owners covenants herein terms and conditions of this Agreement may be enforced against the Owner and any and all subsequent owners of the Owner’s Lands. The Owner shall run with not make any application or permit or authorize any person to make application, to remove notice of this Agreement from the Landtitle to the Lands.
