Registration of Agreement. 21. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, following execution by the Parties, this Agreement shall forthwith be electronically registered on the title to the Lands by the Owner, at the sole risk and expense of the Owner, and that the Owner hereby charge the Lands with the performance of this Agreement.
