Registration of Domain Names. Registration of domain names, and the maintenance and renewal of their registration with respon- sible bodies, are not included in the Services and are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. As the case may be, the Customer will be referred to VIDEOTRON Customer Service or to the xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx Website, where he will be redirected to the appropriate bodies.
Registration of Domain Names. 2.1 A Domain Name Application must be in the form prescribed under the .aeDA Policies. The Domain Name must comply with the .aeDA Policies.
2.2 The Registrar and the Registrant do not have any proprietary right arising from:
2.2.1 the Registered Name; or
2.2.2 the entry of a Domain Name in the Registry Database.
2.3 All personal information pertaining to the Registrant is held by the .aeDA for the benefit of the public of the UAE.

Registrar under this Agreement agrees and shall procure that every application for the registration of a Domain Name shall be made only by Registrar on behalf of its Registrants in accordance with the Authority’s prevailing requirements as may be specified by Authority from time to time.

Registrar agrees and shall procure that every application for the registration of a Domain Name (other than applications for registration made directly to SGNIC) shall be made only by Registrar on behalf of its Registrants in accordance with SGNIC’s prevailing requirements as may be specified by SGNIC from time to time.

2.2 Registrant grants to SDNP the right to disclose all information entered for the WHOIS
Registration of Domain Names. Licensor acknowledges and warrants that, pursuant to the Initial Asset Transfer Agreement and the Asset Transfer Agreement, Licensor has transferred and assigned to Holdco and Holdco has transferred and assigned to Newco all of the good will, reputation, trademarks, service marks and trade names, both registered and unregistered (collectively the "ASSIGNED TRADEMARKS"), and irrevocably agrees to Licensee's registration and ownership of the domain names listed on Schedule E (the "DOMAIN NAMES"), all of which are associated with the Licensed Products. Licensor shall provide to Licensee copies of any other executed instruments evidencing the assignment or conveyance of the Assigned Trademarks by Licensor to Holdco, and the assignment or conveyance of same by Holdco to Newco, together with copies of documents reflecting the recordation of such assignments or conveyances under applicable local law. Subject to the rights transferred and assigned to Holdco that Holdco transferred and assigned to Newco, Licensor has maintained for the benefit of Holdco, and now shall continue to maintain on behalf of Newco, US Trademark Application No. 76/267,260, and will promptly assign said application to Newco when the USPTO grants the request that the application be accorded the benefit of 15 U.S.C. Section 1126 (e).
Registration of Domain Names. A Registrar sponsoring an Applicant can submit an Application for Registration, or may modify a Registration on behalf of the Domain Name holder.
Registration of Domain Names. (a) INO-T may register domain names consisting of the Brand or variations of the Brand followed by .com, ..biz, .info, .net, .org or any of the top level domains for any country forming part of the INO-T Territories.
(b) AGA may register domain names consisting of the Brand or variations of the Brand followed by .eu or any of the top level domains for any country forming part of the Linde Territories.
(c) The Parties shall discuss in good faith which of them shall be entitled to register any other domain names that relate to the Brand.
