REGISTRATION OF HOLDERS. The Trustees may treat the registered holder of a Voting Trust Certificate as the owner thereof for all purposes. Every transferee of a Voting Trust Certificate hereunder shall be required to become a party to this Agreement, with the same force and effect as if such transferee had signed this Agreement, and such transferee shall for all purposes have the rights of the Company hereunder with respect to such Voting Trust Certificate.
