Minors. Merchant will make commercially reasonable efforts to not solicit as potential End-User Customers individuals who are less than 18 years old. BlueSnap reserves the right to refuse the Services in transactions with minors.
Minors. If a Minor applies to become a Client, then either the Minor’s parent or guardian are required to be a party to this Agreement. Any reference to Client in this Agreement is a reference to the parent or guardian of the Minor.
Minors. If you are under eighteen years of age, please be aware that the law may provide your parents the right to examine your treatment records. It is my policy to request an agreement from parents that they agree to give up access to your records. If they agree, I will provide them only with general information about our work together, unless I feel there is a high risk that you will seriously harm yourself or someone else. In this case, I will notify them of my concern. I will also provide them with a summary of your treatment when it is complete. Before giving them any information, I will discuss the matter with you, if possible, and do my best to handle any objections you may have with what I am prepared to discuss.
Minors. In the case of a STUDENT who is under 18 years of age at the time when they execute this contract agreement, request for termination of the contract shall be accompanied by the written consent of the parent or legal guardian.

If Student is under the age of 18 at the time of signing this Contract, Student and their parent or guardian will be required to sign and accept the “Minor Students in the Residence Halls Contract Addendum” portion of this Contract, the terms of which are incorporated as part of this Contract.

(iv) any person having control or custody of such person, or
(v) to such person directly.

Minors. If the Athlete is under the age of 18 years, the Athlete agrees that this Agreement is for their benefit and selection is conditional upon the Athlete’s parent or legal guardian providing the signed acknowledgement and confirmation contained in the applicable Schedules of this Agreement.

Minors. 17.1 If I am under the age of 18 years, I acknowledge that this Agreement is for my benefit and my selection is conditional upon my parents or guardians providing the signed acknowledgement, in clause 25.
17.2 If, notwithstanding my acknowledgement that this Agreement is for my benefit, I purport to repudiate this Agreement:
(1) before the commencement of the Games - then I acknowledge that my membership of the Team will automatically terminate upon this repudiation; and
(2) after the commencement of the Games, then my repudiation will be of no effect unless confirmed by a court having jurisdiction under section 34 of the Minors (Property and Xxxxxxxxx) Xxx 0000, XXX.
