Registration of Performance Bonus Shares. To ensure that any shares issued to the Employee under paragraph 2.3 of this Agreement are freely tradable, the Company shall register with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") any such shares issued. Upon or as soon as is practical after the issuance of such shares, the Company shall file a form S-8 or other appropriate form with the SEC to effect registration.
