Registration on file. Each time that Alias or the Agent in Charge communicate Personal Information or other Confidential Information to a third party without the User’s consent in accordance with the provision of this article 8, they will register in the section reserved for the administration of the file associated with the report, for each communication, the date and time of the communication, the identity of the person exposed to the danger, that of the person to whom the communication was made, the act of violence that was intended to be prevented, the danger identified, its imminence and finally the information communicated.
