Regular Backups Sample Clauses

The Regular Backups clause requires that data or system information be routinely copied and stored to prevent loss. Typically, this involves setting a schedule for backups—such as daily or weekly—and specifying the types of data to be included, as well as the storage methods and locations. By mandating consistent backups, this clause ensures that critical information can be restored in the event of accidental deletion, hardware failure, or other data loss incidents, thereby minimizing operational disruptions and safeguarding business continuity.
