Overtime rates shall be paid for all hours worked outside the Regular Work Day if no permit has been issued for Flextime.
Regular Work Day – Any calendar day except a Saturday, Sunday or recognized Holiday.
When the Employer assigns employees to work any portion of their day outside the Regular Work Day, the employees shall be paid fifteen percent (15%) above their Taxable Net Wage for all such hours worked outside the Regular Work Day.
Eight (8) consecutive hours between five (5:00) a.m. to four-thirty (4:30) p.m. shall constitute a Regular Work Day Monday through Friday (except for Designated Days Off and Holidays listed in Section 7 below).
