Regular Duties. Where an employee is able to perform the essential duties of his regular occupation. Short Term Disability An absence where the employee notifies his manager or delegate that he is unable to work due to non-occupational illness/injury on the first day of absence and extending no longer than the one hundred and thirtieth (130) day (26 weeks). Payment of short term disability (STD) benefits will be authorized by the manager. Regularly scheduled shift.

Regular Duties. The Advisory Period responsibilities include taking attendance and distribution/collection of school paperwork and information as needed. In addition, daily announcements will be forwarded via email each day. The Advisory teachers will display or printout copies for the advisory students, as needed.
Regular Duties. A. Where possible all regular duties will be assigned equally on a rotating basis to all bargaining unit members within a building, except for guidance counselors, school psychologists, and as otherwise provided in Article XVII, Section A second paragraph and Section B.
B. Teachers assigned to grades seven through twelve, who travel between buildings, will not be assigned homeroom duty. In the event the monthly faculty meeting has to be re- scheduled, the Principal will provide five (5) calendar days notice of the re-scheduled date.
C. Regular duties are those duties that occur regularly and are ancillary or supportive of the administration of the school day, but not inclusive of the seven (7) student periods daily at the secondary level or during student instructional periods at the elementary level.
D. The E.E.A. member(s) who serve as President or Co-Presidents of the Easton Educators’ Association shall not be assigned regular duties.
Regular Duties. During the Employment Period, XXXXXXX will continue to perform such duties and have such powers as are customary for the chief executive officer, president and general counsel of publicly-held corporations of a size and engaging in a business comparable to REFAC. In addition, XXXXXXX will provide services in accordance with any consulting agreement that REFAC may enter into with any entity, including any of its affiliates or any company in which REFAC or any of its affiliates may have a present or potential interest.

It is agreed that Union stewards have their regular duties and responsibilities to perform for the Employer and shall not leave their regular duties without first obtaining permission from their immediate supervisor. If, in the performance of his duties, a Union xxxxxxx is required to enter an area within the Residence in which he is not originally employed, he shall report his presence to the supervisor in the area immediately upon entering it. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. When resuming his regular duties and responsibilities, such xxxxxxx shall again report to his immediate supervisor. A Union xxxxxxx shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent in performing the above duties during his regular scheduled working hours.

Regular Duties. During the Employment Term, Executive shall have responsibilities, duties and authority reasonably accorded to and expected of a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, as determined in good faith by Xxxxxx'x President and Co-Chief Executive Officer.
Regular Duties. CARDONNE will continue to perform such duties and have such powers as are customary for the chief financial officer of a publicly-held corporation of a size and engaging in a business comparable to the business that REFAC is then conducting.
