Regular Grass Cuttings. For services rendered by the CONTRACTOR under the terms of this Agreement, DDA shall pay the CONTRACTOR in four (4) equal quarterly installments ($6,250 per installment) in an amount not to exceed the Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($25,000.00) amount set forth in Exhibit 2, without the prior written authorization of the DDA Board.
