Common use of Regular (Permanent) Clause in Contracts

Regular (Permanent). (a) Except as otherwise provided in Section 4 of this Article, a Faculty Member who has served as a contract Faculty Member for four (4) consecutive years and who is employed by the District in the subsequent and following years, shall be classified as regular (permanent). A Faculty Member may be classified as regular at sixty-seven percent (67%) or more of a full load.
