Regular Project Meetings Clause Samples
The Regular Project Meetings clause establishes a requirement for scheduled meetings between the parties involved in a project. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency of meetings—such as weekly or monthly—and may specify the format, agenda, and participants. By mandating consistent communication, the clause helps ensure that all stakeholders remain informed about project progress, can address issues promptly, and maintain alignment on objectives, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smoother project execution.
