Regular Project Meetings. Contractor shall attend Owner’s regularly scheduled Project progress meetings and fully advise the Project Team of the Project status including schedule, costs, quality, and changes. Regular Project Meetings. The Design-Build contractor will meet regularly with City staff, on weekly basis, to discuss project progress, overall project schedule and deviations from the baseline project schedule if any, updated project schedule, three week ahead project schedule projection, preparation of RFIs and impact on the project schedule, coordination issues, project issues, needs and new developments, upcoming activities, and open and new action items. For the proposal purposes, assume weekly meetings. Project meetings at the Project Site are preferred.
