Regular Reimbursed Business Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all expenses and disbursements reasonably incurred by the Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder during the Period of Employment upon proper submission in accordance with Company policy. In addition, the Company will reimburse the Executive up to $10,000 for the legal fees he incurred in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement.
