Other Executive Benefits. During the term of this Agreement, the ------------------------ Company shall provide to Executive benefits commensurate with his position, including each of the following benefits:

Other Executive Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all Executive benefit plans, including health and 401(k) plans, from time to time generally in effect for Company’s Executives (collectively, “Benefit Plans”). Such participation and receipt of benefits under any such Benefit Plans shall be on the same terms (including cost-sharing between Company and Executive) as are applicable to other Company Executives and shall be subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and generally applicable Company policies. The Company may alter, modify, add to or delete the Benefit Plans in a manner nondiscriminatory to Executive at any time in accordance with applicable plan rules.
Other Executive Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in or be covered under all compensation, bonus, pension, retirement, and welfare and fringe benefit plans, programs and policies of the Company applicable to senior executives of the Company.

(b) The Executive shall also participate in the Company's paid vacation plan but in no event shall Executive's annual entitlement be less than 4 weeks. Vacation not used by the end of a year shall be forfeited and shall not be eligible to be carried over to another year or eligible for reimbursement except as otherwise provided by Company policies.
Other Executive Benefits. (a) During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to (i) vacation time in accordance with the Company's approved policy from time to time then in effect; (ii) participate in all employee insurance and other fringe benefit programs, including, without limitation, life, health, dental and accident insurance plans and long term disability now or hereafter maintained by the Company for senior executive or other salaried personnel for which the Executive is eligible; (iii) participate in a pension plan with terms similar to those applicable to executives of the Company; and (iv) participate in the Company's equity compensation plan to the extent determined by the Board from time to time. (b) The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable documented business expenses incurred in furtherance of the business and affairs of the Company in accordance with approved company policies.
