Regular Relief Initial Dispatch Rules. A. During the initial selection processes as detailed in Section 29.4, above, Reliefs will be called in seniority order at two (2) phone numbers known by WSF between 0800 and 1900 hours, or anytime that a Relief is on duty. If a Relief is at work they will be called on the ship’s telephone or the ship’s radio in order to make contact with the Relief.
