Regular Relief Positions. (A) Where the Employer believes that it is operationally more efficient and cost effective to regularize relief for work as de- fined in Article 11.04(A), the Employer may establish regular relief positions. To ensure the full utilization of these posi- tions, the Employer may reassign to regular relief, work pre- viously assigned to a casual employee. The Employer shall post and fill these positions in accordance with Article 17.01
