Common use of Regulated Procurement Clause in Contracts

Regulated Procurement. No provisions of the Law on Regulated Procurement are applied to the execution and performance of this Agreement, the Guarantee and the Financial Documents to which the Guarantor is a party, by the Guarantor as of the date of this Agreement. The Guarantor does not give this representation concerning application of the Law on Regulated Procurement to any Party to the Financing.
