Regulation & Law. 21.1. The Payment Services, Card and Account are payment services and not deposit, credit or banking products and are not covered by the Deposit Guarantee Scheme. 21.2. This Agreement (other than Appendix A) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any dispute or claim in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. However, if you reside outside of Ireland you may bring an action in your country of residence. 21.3. The terms of Appendix A shall be governed by Spanish law as further detailed in Appendix A. 21.4. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and Appendix A, this Agreement will govern unless otherwise required by applicable law.
