REGULATIONS AND CODES. The Consultant hereby agrees that: 1. All work done as part of this Agreement is subject to current Federal, State, or Local Laws, Regulations and/or Codes and shall comply with such applicable Laws, Regulations and/or Codes. 2. All design and survey work under this Agreement shall be performed under the direction and control of an engineer, surveyor, or architect licensed in Iowa. Engineering, architectural, and land surveying documents, including plans, specifications, and reports, shall be sealed by an engineer, surveyor, or architect licensed in Iowa. 3. Consultant shall design all Project elements to comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations and building codes, including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as amended.
