Regulations Regarding Utilities Services. Tenant agrees to cooperate fully, at all times, with Landlord in abiding by all reasonable regulations and requirements which Landlord may prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of all utilities and services reasonably necessary for the operation of the Premises and the Building. Throughout the Term of this Lease, Landlord shall have free access to any and all mechanical installations, and Tenant agrees that there shall be no construction of partitions or other obstructions which might interfere with access to or the moving of servicing equipment to or from the enclosures containing said installations. Tenant further agrees that neither Tenant nor its employees, agents, licensees, invitees or contractors shall at any time tamper with, adjust or otherwise in any manner affect Landlord’s mechanical installations.
