Regulatory and Policy Requirements. A. Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the requirements of California Health and Safety Code sections 1797 et seq., California Code of Regulation, Title 22, Division 9, and MVEMSA Policies and Procedures (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/policies) and all other applicable State and Federal requirements, including any amendments or revisions thereof. B. Contractor shall follow all direction provided by MVEMSA Executive Director, her/his designee, or MVEMSA Medical Director. C. Contractor shall comply with Response Time Standards to all areas of the authorized response zones. See Exhibit 5 of this Agreement for additional information regarding Response Time requirements. D. Contractor will cooperate with MVEMSA’s ongoing development of policies and procedures for appropriate patient care.
