Common use of Regulatory Authority Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Authority. The Issuing Authority and/or its designee shall be responsible for the day to day regulation of the Cable Television System. The Issuing Authority and/or its designee shall monitor and enforce the Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Renewal License. The Issuing Authority shall notify the Licensee in writing of any instance of non-compliance pursuant to Section 11.1 below.

Regulatory Authority. The Issuing Authority and/or its designee designee(s) shall be responsible for the day to day regulation of the Cable Television System.
