Common use of Regulatory Certificate Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Certificate. The Representative shall have received on each of the Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, if any, a certificate addressed to the Representative dated the Closing Date and any Option Closing Date (if such date is other than the Closing Date), of the Company’s regulatory affairs officer, in a form satisfactory to the Representative, with respect to the regulatory affairs of the Company.

Regulatory Certificate.
