Rehab Information. The Company shall notify the Union in advance of any return to work assignments for any employee returning from leave due to illness or injury with workplace restrictions. The purpose of this information is for the Union to represent its members who are returning to work from Worker’s Compensation leave or from the Company’s benefit carrier.
