Common use of Rehabilitation Benefits Clause in Contracts

Rehabilitation Benefits. If a salaried employee is absent with rehabilitation benefits during a period when the employee would otherwise be entitled to sick pay under 10.3.8, salary deductions shall be made as for illness from the 15th calendar day according to 10.3.6.
