Common use of Rehabilitation Standards Clause in Contracts

Rehabilitation Standards. All rehabilitation work will comply with the "Uniform Physical Condition Standards for HUD Housing." Workmanship and material standards will comply with the Antioch Ministries, Inc. -Richmond County Housing & Community Development Department Contractors Manual and Performance Standards. A copy of this manual is provided to every contractor when included on the HCD Approved Contractors List. A copy is enclosed for inclusion.
