Common use of REIMBURSABLE GENERAL EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

REIMBURSABLE GENERAL EXPENSES. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by him (in accordance with the policies and procedures established from time to time by the Company for its senior executives) in performing services hereunder, provided that the Executive first properly accounts therefore in accordance with such policies and procedures.
