Common use of Reimbursed Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursed Expenses. The District shall reimburse the Administrator for all reasonable expenses resulting from the performance of his/her duties as Administrator, including travel, meals, and lodging in accordance with the District’s per diem expense and reimbursement procedures.
