Reimbursement After Project Manager Separation. Unless Grantor has approved the Project Manager change under Section 4.9 above, Grantor will not reimburse Grantee for any expenditure directly associated with the Project Manager under the Agreement that is incurred after the effective date of termination provided in the written notice under Section 4.8 of this Attachment B. Such expenditures include, but are not limited to the Project Manager’s salary, incidentals, and/or travel. In the event of any conflict between Sections 4.10 and 9.5 of this Attachment B, Section 9.5 will prevail.
