Reimbursement for Background Checks. The Board of Education shall reimburse bargaining unit members the actual cost for BCI/FBI background checks required by law. Such reimbursement shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board’s receipt of evidence that the employee has paid for the background checks.
