Reimbursement for Certain Litigation Expenses. In the event of litigation to determine whether the Executive’s employment was properly terminated under subsection (b) or (f) of Section 8.01, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with such litigation.
