Reimbursement for Legal Fees. Upon submission of appropriate invoices by Executive, PNMAC shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable legal fees and expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Employment Agreement and each other agreement entered into by the Executive in connection with the Merger.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. In the event that the Executive incurs reasonable legal fees or other expenses in an effort to secure, preserve or obtain payments, benefits or entitlements under this Agreement, the Company shall, regardless of the outcome of such effort, reimburse the Executive for such fees and expenses, after the Executive’s written submission of a request for reimbursement together with evidence that such fees and expenses were incurred.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. The Company shall reimburse Investor for the legal fees and administrative costs incurred by it in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. Upon submission of appropriate invoices by Executive’s counsel, the Company shall pay all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement up to a maximum amount of $50,000.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. NexGen will pay, on or promptly following the execution hereof, all legal fees and disbursements plus all applicable taxes thereon of the Optionors’ Canadian legal counsel directly incurred by the Optionors in respect of the preparation of this agreement, including all negotiations related thereto, provided that the Optionors’ have provided valid invoices in respect of such fees, disbursements and taxes. The obligations under this Clause 3 will survive any termination of the Option Agreement.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement; provided that the aggregate amount of such reimbursement shall not exceed $5,000 and the Executive has furnished to the Company evidence satisfactory to the Company relating to such legal fees and expenses.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. The Company agrees to reimburse Placement Agent for legal fees and expenses accrued by Noteholders or their designees to Xxxxxxxxx Traurig, et al., in an amount not to exceed $7000, to be paid directly to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. To reimburse each Underwriter and each such controlling person upon demand for any legal or other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by such Underwriter or such controlling person in connection with investigating or defending any such loss, claim, damage or liability, action or proceeding or in responding to a subpoena or governmental inquiry related to the offering of the Shares, whether or not such Underwriter or controlling person is a party to any action or proceeding. In the event that it is finally judicially determined that the Underwriters were not entitled to receive payments for legal and other expenses pursuant to this subparagraph, the Underwriters will promptly return all sums that had been advanced pursuant hereto.
Reimbursement for Legal Fees. The Company agrees to reimburse Employee for up to $5,000 worth of legal fees incurred by Employee arising out of the Parties' negotiations of this Agreement, such obligation becoming due and payable within fifteen (15) business days after the Effective Date; provided, however, that Employee provides the Company with a copy of an invoice from Employee's counsel no later than ten (10) business days following the Separation Date.
