Common use of Reimbursement for Lost Time Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Lost Time. All Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for reimbursement of Lost Time up to three (3) hours at a rate of $25.00 per hour. A claim for Lost Time may be combined with a claim for reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses and Transaction Losses.

Reimbursement for Lost Time. All Settlement Class Members may submit a claim for reimbursement of attested Lost Time up to three five (35) hours at a rate of twenty- five dollars ($25.00 25.00) per hour. A claim Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Lost Time with an attestation that the time spent was reasonably related to mitigating the effects of the Data Security Incident. Claims for Lost Time may be combined with a claim for reimbursement for Outare capped at One-ofHundred-Pocket Losses Twenty-Five Dollars and Transaction LossesZero Cents ($125.00) per individual.

Settlement Class Members can receive reimbursement of Lost Time with an attestation that the actions were related to the Data Incident. A claim for Lost Time may be combined with a claim for reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses and Transaction Lossesa Cash Payment but in no circumstance will a Settlement Class Member be eligible to receive more than the Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00) individual cap.
