Reimbursement for Providing Information. The Party requesting the Information under Section 5.01 will reimburse the other Party for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs of creating, gathering and copying the Information to the extent that the costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting Party by or on behalf of the other Party’s Group are in excess of $10,000.
