Reimbursement for Underfunding. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, with respect to each Transferred Pension Plan, in the event the Pension Transfer Amount is less than the Final PBO Amount with respect to such plan, the Company will pay to Parent a cash amount equal to such deficit within thirty (30) days after the determination of the Final PBO Amount with respect to such plan.
