Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees. Employer shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and disbursements incurred by Executive in drafting and negotiating this Agreement; payment shall be made either to Executive upon submission of paid invoices for such legal work or directly to the Attorney chosen by Executive.
