Common use of Reimbursement of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company, subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive from time to timetime for all such business expenses actually incurred pursuant to and in conformity with this paragraph and the policies and practices of the Company then in effect relative to the reimbursement of business expenses.

The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company Corporation under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business such expenses the Executive incurs during the Period Term of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the CompanyCorporation, as approved by the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer and subject to the CompanyCorporation’s reasonable expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to time. Such expenses may include but are not limited to travel, lodging and meals. The Corporation shall reimburse Executive to the extent required by the preceding sentence.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall be entitled to reimbursement reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses expenses, in accordance with and subject to the applicable policies and procedures of the Company. In addition, the Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment for all reasonable legal fees incurred by Executive in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Companyreview, subject negotiation, drafting and execution of this Agreement, up to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to timea cap of $5,000.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out the Executive’s his duties for and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement promptly reimburse his for all such reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Companyexpenses, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies policy, as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company Corporation under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business such expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the CompanyCorporation, subject to the CompanyCorporation’s expense reasonable expenses reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to time. The Corporation shall reimburse the Executive to the extent required by the preceding sentence.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all reasonable appropriate business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment incurred by him in connection with carrying out his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the Executive’s duties for written policies of the Company, subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies Company as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s his duties for the Company and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall be entitled to reimbursement promptly reimburse him for all reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment incurred in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for business of the Company, fulfilling continuing professional education requirements and participating in professional accounting meetings and seminars, subject to his submission of reasonable supporting documentation in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to time's policies.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses in accordance with the Company’s written policy in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company and responsibilities under this Agreement. All reimbursements provided under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company, subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies conditions set forth in effect from time to timeSection 7(b).

The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s his duties for hereunder and shall, upon receipt by the Company under this Agreement of proper documentation with respect thereto (setting forth the amount, business purpose and shall establishing payment) be entitled to reimbursement reimbursed for all such reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs incurred during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the CompanyTerm, subject to the Company’s written expense reimbursement policies and any written pre-approval policies in effect from time to timetime and provided or made available to Executive.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. Such expenses may include but are not limited to travel, lodging and meals. The Corporation shall reimburse Executive to the extent required by the preceding sentence.

In addition, the Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses the legal fees incurred by Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Companyreview, subject negotiation, drafting and execution of this Agreement, up to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to timea cap of $20,000 including review of past filings.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The During the Term of Employment, the Executive is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out the Executive’s his duties for and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement reimburse him for all such reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment reasonably incurred in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for business of the Company, subject to and in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement terms and conditions of the policies and any preapplicable to similarly-approval policies situated senior executives of the Company regarding such expenses as are in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The During the Term, the Executive is authorized to incur reasonable business expenses in carrying out the Executive’s his duties for and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement promptly reimburse him for all such reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment incurred in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for business of the Company, subject to documentation in accordance with the Company’s expense policy. The Executive shall also be entitled to reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies for legal fees incurred in effect from time connection with his entry into this Agreement, but not to timeexceed $3,000.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall be entitled to reimbursement promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Companysuch expenses, subject to documentation in accordance with reasonable policies of the Company’s . Notwithstanding the foregoing, no expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies may be reimbursed later than the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in effect from time to timewhich such expense was incurred.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s her duties for the Company and responsibilities under this Agreement and the Company shall be entitled to reimbursement reimburse her for all such expenses, in accordance with reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period policies of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company, subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses.
