Common use of Reimbursement of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for any expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodations, subject to Executive’s compliance with the Company’s policies with respect to reimbursement of business expenses as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company will agrees to reimburse Executive for any reasonable documented business-related expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during in the Term in furtherance performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodations, subject to Executive’s compliance under this Agreement in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies with respect to reimbursement of business expenses as in effect from time to time.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company will agrees to promptly reimburse Executive for any reasonable business-related expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during in the Term in furtherance performance of Executive’s duties hereunderunder this Agreement upon receipt by the Company of proper documentation with respect thereto (setting forth the amount, including travel, meals business purpose and accommodationsestablishing payment), subject to Executive’s compliance with the Company’s written expense reimbursement policies with respect to reimbursement of business expenses as and any written pre-approval policies in effect from time to time.

Executive shall be required to submit to the Company appropriate documentation supporting such out-of-pocket business expenses as a prerequisite to reimbursement in accordance with such policies.
