Common use of Reimbursement of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Employee for all ordinary and necessary expenses, in a reasonable amount, which are approved as required by the Company’s policies, and which Employee incurs in performing his or her duties under this Agreement. Such expenses shall be paid or reimbursed to Employee consistent with the expense reimbursement policies of the Company in effect from time to time and Employee agrees to abide by any such expense reimbursement policies.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or agrees to reimburse Employee for all ordinary and necessary expensesreasonable, documented business-related expenses actually incurred by Employee in a reasonable amount, which are approved as required by the Companyperformance of Employee’s policies, and which Employee incurs in performing his or her duties under this Agreement. Subject to time and such audits as the Company may deem necessary, the Company shall reimburse Employee agrees to abide by the full amount of any such expense reimbursement policiesexpenses advanced by him in the ordinary course of business.

Such expenses shall be paid or reimbursed to Employee consistent connection with the expense reimbursement services rendered to the Company, provided that the Employee properly accounts to the Company for all such expenses in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") and in accordance with the standard policies of the Company in effect from time relating to time and Employee agrees to abide by any such expense reimbursement policiesof business expenses.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company Employee shall pay or reimburse Employee for all ordinary and necessary expenses, in a reasonable amount, which are approved as required be reimbursed by the Company’s policies, or any Company Group Member, for reasonable travel, lodging, meals, customer entertainment and other expenses incurred by him in connection with performing his duties hereunder subject to, and which Employee incurs documented in performing his or her duties under this Agreement. Such expenses shall be paid or reimbursed to Employee consistent with the expense reimbursement policies of accordance with, the Company Group’s policies in effect from time to time and Employee agrees to abide by any such expense reimbursement policiestime.

Reimbursement of Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or will reimburse Employee for all ordinary and necessary reasonable, tax-deductible business expenses (other than moving expenses) that Employee actually incurs for the performance of his duties for the Company during the Period of Employment, in a reasonable amount, which are approved as required by consistent with the Company’s policies, and which Employee incurs in performing his or her duties under this Agreement. Such expenses shall be paid or reimbursed to Employee consistent with the expense reimbursement policies of the Company in effect from time to time with respect to reimbursement of tax-deductible business expenses, and Employee agrees subject to abide by any such Employee’s prior submissions of complete and truthful expense reimbursement policiesreports in a form acceptable to the Company, with original invoices and proofs of payment attached.
