The District shall establish an annual fifty-thousand dollar ($50,000) self-insurance fund for the purpose of reimbursing unit members for replacement of personal electronic hardware, instructional materials, books, supplies and classroom furniture stolen or damaged in the line of duty as a result of malicious acts, fire or flood, and without fault of the unit member.
