Reimbursement of Eligible Costs. To be eligible for reimbursement, the Surveyor's costs must (1) be incurred in accordance with the terms of a valid work authorization; (2) be in accordance with Attachment E (Schedule of Rates); and (3) comply with cost principles set forth in 48 CFR Part 31.
