Reimbursement of Expenses Fringe Benefits. The Executive will be promptly reimbursed for all of Executive’s business-related travel, lodging and entertainment expenses in accordance with the Company’s prevailing policy for executive officers. The Executive will participate on the same basis with all other officers and employees of the Company in the Company’s standard benefits package made generally available to all other officers and Executives, including 401(k) (if available), group health, long-term and short-term disability and life insurance programs, and other fringe benefits as may be adopted by the Company from time to time. Nothing herein shall restrict the Company from modifying or eliminating any Company benefit program, health plan or other fringe benefit at any time.
