Common use of Reimbursement of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for any expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any expenses reasonably all reasonable and necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including appropriate travel, meals entertainment and accommodationsother expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in connection with, upon submission or related to, the performance of his/her responsibilities or services under this Agreement, in accordance with policies and procedures, and subject to limitations, adopted by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adopttime.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any all reasonable expenses reasonably and necessarily actually incurred by the Executive during in connection with the Term in furtherance business affairs of Executive’s the Company and the performance of his duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodations, upon submission by . The Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance shall comply with such rules reasonable limitations and policies relating thereto reporting requirements with respect to such expenses as the Company Board may establish from time to time adopttime.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive Executive, upon presentation of proper expense statements, for any all authorized, ordinary and necessary out-of-pocket expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term in furtherance connection with the performance of Executivehis services pursuant to this Agreement hereunder in accordance with the Company’s duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adoptexpense reimbursement policy.

The Company’s obligation to reimburse Executive hereunder shall be contingent upon submission the presentment by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with an itemized accounting of such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adoptexpenditures.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company Employer shall reimburse Executive for any expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company Employer may from time to time adopt.

The Company shall reimburse Executive for any expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term for business purposes in furtherance of Executive’s duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adopt.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse the Executive for any all ordinary and necessary business expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Executive during the Term Effective Period in furtherance connection with the Business subject to budgets and guidelines established by the Company from time to time. Reimbursement of Executivesuch expenses shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s duties hereunder, including travel, meals and accommodationscustomary policies in force at the time of payment, upon submission by the Executive of vouchers or receipts and vouchers, itemizing such expenses in compliance with such rules a form reasonably satisfactory to the Company, properly identifying the nature and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adoptbusiness purpose of any expenditures.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Executive shall comply with such guidelines and reporting requirements with respect to such expenses as the Board may establish from time adoptto time.

Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company shall pay, or reimburse Executive in accordance with the Company’s prevailing corporate policy, for any reasonable business travel, continuing education, and other expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by Executive during the Term in furtherance of Executive’s performing his duties hereunder, including travel, meals under this Agreement in accordance with and accommodations, upon submission by Executive of vouchers or receipts subject to corporate policy and in compliance with such rules and policies relating thereto as the Company may from time to time adoptapplicable Internal Revenue Service regulations.
