Reimbursement of Lessor's Payment of Arrears. Lessor agrees that if Lessor cures Lessee's failure to make any payment due under the Lease or any loan identified in Section 2.a., it shall seek reimbursement of amounts so paid solely from Lessee and TCAC shall have no obligation to pay such amounts to Lessor.
