Common use of Reimbursement of Reasonable Travel and Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Reasonable Travel and Business Expenses. ISS will, in accordance with its policies in effect from time to time, reimburse Xxxxxx for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Xxxxxx in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement, upon submission of the necessary documentation required pursuant to ISS’s standard policies and record keeping procedures. Xxxxxx also agrees that he will adhere to ISS’s current travel policy.
