Common use of Reimbursement of Sales Taxes Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Sales Taxes. Buyer shall reimburse Seller for one hundred percent (100%) of all sales or use taxes paid by Seller which may be imposed or assessed currently or hereafter with respect to the transaction between Buyer and Seller which is the subject of this Agreement unless Buyer has previously furnished Seller with a valid exemption certificate for such taxes.
