Common use of Reimbursement of the Operator Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of the Operator. When reimbursement is claimed according to Section 12.2.2 second sentence the Operator shall submit an AFE and/or a revised Budget to the Parties for approval by the Operating Committee, and when the same is approved the Operator shall follow the procedures laid down in this Agreement and the Accounting Procedure to effect reimbursement.
