Common use of Reimbursement Only Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Only. Expenses and/or expenditures shall be considered reimbursable only if incurred during the current Program Period identified in Section 2.1, directly and specifically in the performance of this Agreement, and in conformance with the Agreement Exhibits. Grantee agrees that, unless otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, payment by the City under the terms of this Agreement is made on a reimbursement basis only; Grantee must have incurred and paid costs prior to those costs being invoiced and considered allowable under this Agreement and subject to payment by the City.
